The Deli
Yeh Yeh's is opened

Yeh Yeh's, a deli making Vietnamese sandwiches, is opened in Lynnwood, WA with sandwich baguettes supplied from local bakeries.

2015
The Bakery
Grand Père the Bakery & Wholesale

After working with multiple products and suppliers for baguette bread, we realized that our growing deli needed a more sustainable option. Grand Père Bakery is founded in a nearby neighborhood to supply our deli with baguette bread.

The bakery was built on the commitment to create quality that we would be proud to serve at our own establishment, Yeh Yeh's. This culture laid the foundation for our bakery and we believe that it drives our success.

From there, our reputation as a bakery grew and we started to supply it to other restaurants and grocery stores. As our business expanded, we moved our bread baking from the neighborhood bakery to our very own wholesale factory facility to more consistently provide local restaurants our products. 

2018
New Products
We Introduce Focaccia

We add focaccia bread to our inventory and begin to offer the new product to grocery stores and restaurants inside and outside of Washington state through our distributors.

We currently only partner with local Seattle businesses to guarantee the best quality of baguette bread. To order baguettes, please fill out the form on the Products page! We will get back to you as soon as we can!

We sell our focaccia through DPI Specialty Foods and Tony’s Fine Foods. You can order through these distributors via the link on the Products page.
